Payment Policy

Please note Fiji Travel Network is the central reservations office for Blue Lagon Beach Resort and all payments will be processed by this office. Every Booking must be accompanied with meal plans that match the number of nights booked. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking, final payment 40 days prior to arrival. For nonrefundable rates, 100% prepayment is due at time of booking.

A 2.9% credit card surcharge applies to all credit card transactions,

NZD$25 bank fee on all international bank transactions

 

Cancellation Policy

Premature Departure or No Shows – No Refund. All cancellations must be received in writing. 

COVID related cancellation inside 14 Days of arrival we allow a rebook for a future stay.

Between 0- 40 Days – 100% Cancellation fee. 

40+  Days 10% Cancellation fee.

 

For bookings of 4 or more Villas in one booking

Between 0 - 60  Days – 100% Cancellation fee. 

60 days or more - 15%  Cancellation fee.

For bookings of 6 or more Villas in one booking

Between 0 - 90 Days – 100% Cancellation fee. 

90 days or more - 15% Cancellation fee.

Fiji Travel Network is not responsible for any variation in exchange rates that may occur through the period of your reservation and arrival. Any Government taxes are mandatorily passed on.

Travel around the islands of Fiji can be affected by weather, boat issues or other unforeseeable events. We strongly encourage all of our guests to purchase travel insurance to cover against these issues. In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we will not offer refunds for accommodation, meals or transfers.

DRONE POLICY

The resort has chosen to enforce a ban on the use of Drones whilst at the resort. Whilst we appreciate some operators may choose to contact the local Civil Aviation board to seek approval and a permit, the resort reserves the right to protect the privacy of not only the guests but the private property of the resort itself. We thank you for your understanding and for respecting the resort's policy.

Interruption to Transfers

In the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from utilizing the pre-arranged transfers - this is outside of FTN's control and you will be advised by the island teams alternative options to suit you.

Fiji Travel Network reserves the right to cancel any booking which does not comply with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to limit group bookings to no more than 4 villas due to the nature of the resort.

Child Policy

Children rates apply for children aged between 5yrs and 12 years only. Children aged 4 years and under stay and eat for free. For children that are more heartier eaters - upgrades to the main menu are available at any time.
