Blue Lagoon Beach Resort is located 45 nautical miles from the Fijian mainland, on Nacula Island, in the “Blue Lagoon” part of the Yasawa Island Group. You have three options to transfer to and from the Resort.

Our Fast Resort Boats

You can take a daily fast 40-seater high speed boat Nautical Blue. It includes Nadi Hotel or Airport pick up and drop off in a private air-conditioned shuttle along with use of our VIP lounge at the Marina. This vessel has a bathroom and highspeed WIFI onboard.

Travelling To Blue Lagoon Beach Resort from Mainland

Morning Departure Mainland to Resort: 

This is a direct service on Nautical Blue 

7.30 am Depart Naisoso Marina.

Arriving to Blue Lagoon Beach Resort approximately 9.15-9.30 am

Afternoon Departure Mainland to Resort: 

This service requires a stop at Paradise Cove Resort and vessel change, to one of our smaller, 16 seat high speed vessels. The leg from Paradise to Blue lagoon takes approx 45 minutes.

3 pm Depart Naisoso Marina on Paradise Express ( 40 seat boat like Nautical Blue) 

Arriving Blue Lagoon Beach Resort approximately 5.15pm - 5.45 pm

Travelling FROM Blue Lagoon Beach Resort to Mainland

Morning Departure Resort to Mainland: 

This is a direct service on Nautical Blue

10 am from Blue Lagoon arriving Naisoso approximately 11.45 am

Afternoon Departure Resort to Mainland: 

This service requires a stop at Paradise Cove Resort and a vessel change, to one of our smaller, 16 seat high speed vessels. The leg from Blue Lagoon to Paradise takes approx 45 minutes.

3 pm from Blue Lagoon. Arriving Naisoso approximately 5.45 pm- 6.00pm (Good for flights departing after 8pm)

The cost for the direct AM service is $199 NZD per adult one way and $129 NZD for children 4 yrs to 15 yrs old. Infants are free of charge lap seat.

The cost for the PM service which requires a stop and vessel change is $229 NZD per adult and $179 for children 4 yrs to 15yrs old. Infants are freee of charge lap seat.

Please note whilst best endeavours are to have a set schedule, there may be operational requirements that mean transfers times can vary. This may affect times of departure and arrival and will be confirmed to you prior to departure, the day prior by email or in person at the resort.

Boat Charter 

You can also charter one of the resort speed boats Waya Flyer for up to 20 guests to better match your arrival or departure flights from $2399 NZD, we also offer split charters if there are guests wanting to arrive or depart Paradise Cove Resort on the same day to connect the same flights making this fare as little as $109 NZD per person one way.

THE YASAWA FLYER -  South Sea Cruises

The second choice is a scenic cruise aboard a large Ferry 

“South Sea Cruises” operates an Island Ferry service aboard the Yasawa Flyer - this is a catamaran that departs Denarau Marina 8.30am and arrives at the Blue Lagoon at approximately 12.45 pm, (4 hours door to door) and then returns to take guests back to the mainland, arriving back at Denarau Marina at approx. 5.45 pm.  

The vessel collects passengers at each resort- so the scenic cruise is all about taking in the stunning islands and enjoying the surroundings. You have the ability to wander the viewing decks to take in the sites of the islands and resorts you pass. 

Also, maybe the Captain Lounge is more your style – pay slightly more and experience a private lounge that seats up to 60 people, and a designated steward, available to offer you complimentary beverages and snacks during your journey. (We highly recommend this service.) 

This rate also includes coach transfers supplied by South Sea Cruises if you are to be located within their scheduled pick-up/drop-off areas - an additional charge may apply for this service.
